Brand Manager
Job Description
- Assess and evaluate the market opportunity for Brand portfolio, and accordingly grow business size in terms of gaining share and adding new products to portfolio
- Building a comprehensive loyalty/acquisition programs for doctors at all seniority levels by addressing all relevant drivers and barriers
- Monitoring and tracking Medical marketing Budget and expenditure
- Building brand awareness and positioning.
- Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
- Arrange and support all marketing materials needs.
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define the company KOL. Job Skills - Degree in Medicine/Pharma
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Awareness of the dermatology sector & Cosmetics
- Strong analytical skills and comfort in deriving meaning from numbers
- Strong language and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate
- Willingness and ability to build something new from scratch and see it grow
